1. Secure Online Ordering System

Shopping Cart

Our secure online ordering system is convenient and safe. Simply browse through the Supplement Store, adding products to your "shopping cart" by clicking on "BUY" button found next to the item. Clicking on the "BUY" button will automatically add the item to your shopping cart. After you have added an item to your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or checkout immediately. Simply click on the button "Continue Shopping" if you wish to continue shopping, or click on "Checkout Now" if you are ready to complete your purchase.

View Your Shopping Cart

At any time while shopping at Wellness Trader, you can see everything in your shopping cart simply by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top of each page. When you click on the shopping cart icon, it will display the quantity, product name and description, and pricing information, and subtotal. When you proceed to "checkout", you will be asked to enter your shipping and billing information. In addition, you will be able to decide which shipping method you would like to choose (Priority Mail, FedEx, etc.).

Changing or Removing Items From Shopping Cart

After you have added an item or items to your shopping cart, you can change the quantity or remove the item entirely at any time. To change the quantity or remove the item, simply change the quantity on the shopping cart page, then click on the "Update" button underneath the quantity field. Please note, your shopping cart will automatically be emptied if you leave Wellness Trader site without Checking Out.

Quick Checkout - Register With Us

We know your time is valuable and want to make your shopping experience with us as convenient as possible. First time when you shop, you will have the option of storing your shipping and billing information by registering with us. You will be asked to choose a password. When your transaction is completed, our system will automatically store your shipping address, shipping method, and payment information on our secure server. This information is stored securely in a password-protected system, and it is only accessible by you. So next time you visit WellnessTrader.com or any of our ailment specific sites, you can order an item simply by signing in. This option will save you time and make your shopping experience with WellnessTrader.com much more convenient.

Please use a street address for the overnight or two-day deliveries as FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box. After you have entered all the information on the Checkout Form, click the "Submit Secure Order" to finalize your order. Your credit card information will be encrypted (scrambled) and then automatically submitted for approval. Within a minute, you will receive an Order Confirmation which is your receipt. A copy of your receipt will be e-mailed to you too. We will process your order on the next working day and will ensure that it is shipped according to your preferences, whether it's Priority Mail or FedEx delivery. Unless otherwise stated, ALL items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

2. Order By Telephone

If you feel more comfortable in talking to one of our representatives and placing the order by phone, please have your credit card (VISA, American Express, MasterCard or Discover) ready and call Wellness Trader’s toll free telephone number 1-800-969-7228.

Our phone support hours are 9:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and from 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturdays.

Phone support will not be available on the following holidays: New Years Day (January 1st), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (available 9:00am to 1:00pm) and Christmas Day.

3. Order By Fax

If you prefer to fax your order, start by printing out Fax Order Form on your printer. Then, fill in the Order Form as you browse through the Recommended Products. When you're through with your order, simply fill in your shipping, billing, and credit card information and fax the Order Form to us at (502)-228-7893.

Please be sure that you fill out our Fax Order Form completely, including your address, the shipping address, item totals, and your credit card number and expiration date. For shipments delivered to a state of Kentucky address, please add 6% sales tax to your total order (not including shipping charges).

Once we receive your order we will process it on the next working day. We will then carefully monitor your order to ensure it is shipped in a timely fashion.

4. Order By Mail - USPS

You can order by mail if you wish. We accept credit cards, personal checks, or money orders (in U.S. funds) by mail. You can print out our Mail Order Form on your printer and use it for mail-in orders as well.

Simply enter the product information in the appropriate places on the form as you shop using the Recommended Products page. When you are finished shopping, please fill in the rest of the Mail Order Form completely, including your address, the shipping address, item totals, and (if you are paying by credit card) your credit card number and expiration date.

Payment Options

At WellnessTrader.com, you can pay for your purchases using any of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can safely enter all of your credit card information using our secure server. Your personal account information will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 6.00% will be charged to all orders shipped to addresses in Kentucky. No sales tax is required on orders shipping to addresses outside of Kentucky.
